How we met the objective

Squarebrook prepared detailed schedules identifying breaches and associated costs supported by bespoke strategic advice. We worked closely with the nominated contractor to interrogate and validate the costings, ensuring all dilapidation works were accurately captured and recoverable. Through a focused and commercial negotiation strategy, we secured an 85% recovery on the larger floor and a 68% recovery on the smaller floor, delivering a strong outcome for the client.
