How we met the objective

The client needed to vacate their existing office within a strict timeframe and move into a new turnkey space with end-of-journey facilities.

To expedite delivery, we prepared a tailored package of Employers’ Requirements and issued it to a single contractor. Contract value was negotiated in line with programme and budget constraints. Works were administered under the terms and conditions of the JCT IF with Contractors Design contract.

Our approach delivered a seamless office transition with all required facilities, completed within the client’s timeframe and budget.
