How we met the objective

Squarebrook undertook a market-wide search to identify both on and off-market opportunities totalling approximately 20,000 sq ft. Following a detailed review process, three high-quality options were shortlisted.

After extensive negotiations, financial analysis and due diligence, The Cursitor Building emerged as the preferred choice. The comprehensively refurbished scheme provides 21,000 sq ft of highly efficient Cat A office space across the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The building offers an enhanced arrival experience, including a spacious reception lounge and best-in-class end-of-trip facilities. The office floors are EPC A rated and WiredScore Platinum accreditated, aligning with the client’s sustainability and connectivity requirements.

Squarebrook successfully negotiated and agreed terms, with Arc appointed to deliver the fit out. The transaction secured a future-proofed headquarters, enabling the business to maintain operational continuity while enhancing employee experience and supporting long-term growth.
