How we met the objective

We provided strategic input and evaluation of the design development, leading to the addition of an additional office floor, spacious terraces and a state-of-the-art reception. We had a fantastic product to take to market and created a marketing campaign that made it stand out in a crowded Canary Wharf market.

We let all the space to three of our target occupiers prior to completion (a Canary Wharf first for refurbished offices), which added significant value to the asset. Hines sold the building for a considerable return.
