We conducted a full search of on and off-market opportunities and identified a new development, 8-10 Moorgate, which met their criteria as a new HQ building for their exclusive occupancy. It was also perfectly located in the centre of the City’s financial district. The building offered a mix of modern contemporary office space behind a listed traditional façade, with a fantastic terrace space for entertaining.
Since moving in, we have sub-let over 18,000 sq ft of surplus space and achieved significant savings on their rate liabilities. We also negotiated a strong position on their 2020 rent review.
